  • Eat clean. This sounds like a no-brainer, but you will be impressed by the impact that a healthy diet will have on your skin. Exchange your afternoon snack for a fruit high in fiber to keep you satisfied for longer, and vitamins to give you that health factor that your bar of chocolate won’t!   • Sleep well. Exercise regularly. No time for a workout? All it takes is 20 min! Exercise stimulates better circulation helping you get rid of bad toxins and promotes healthier and more vibrant skin. Stress can trigger breakouts but regular exercise and adequate sleep will keep those stress levels at bay, boost your mood and energy levels and keep your body and mind supple and healthy. Get someone in your family to join you!
  • Remove your makeup before going to bed. Whatever you do, this is not one to skip! Makeup residues clog your pores, which can result in puffiness around the eyes and congestion of the skin. That means breakouts and pimples. Easy fix - keep a pack of makeup remover wipes by your bedside and wipe it all off before heading to sleep. Simple, easy, effective.
